Novo Nordisk Thailand together with Danish Embassy hosted a press conference. The focus was to celebrate strong relationship between Thailand and Denmark. Along with H.E. Mr. Jon Thorgaard Danish Ambassador, Mr. John Dawber, Vice President and General Manager and Dr. Nicolai A. Rhee, Clinical Medical Regulatory Quality Director of Novo Nordisk Thailand. We also invited Prof. Dr. Chaicharn Deerochanawong, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Dilok Piyayotai and Air Marshal Dr. Anutra Chittinandana ,whom are leading doctors and key opinion leaders, discussed challenges, the gaps between patient needs and the actual treatment that exist in Thailand ,and the opportunities of innovations of diabetes treatment. With all the collaborations from all the stakeholders, Novo Nordisk Thailand is able to create awareness to the society and continue to improve many patient’s lives.
